Day Two: The Infant of Prague and St. Therese of the Child Jesus

Oh dearest St. Therese, just like you, my heart is filled with love for the Infant Jesus, whose strength invigorates my soul. You, who are filled with an extraordinary love for God and neighbor, I regret the times I did not treat others like a child of God and ask for His pardon and mercy. St. Therese, you who are the benefactress of the needy and indeed a gift from heaven, please be a powerful advocate to the Infant Jesus for me and present these petitions which I now give to you: (Here mention your intentions, including a petition that many graces be bestowed upon Cardinal Burke.)

On your birthday today, I ask you to send me a rose from the heavenly garden. AMEN.

Our Father Who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy Name. Thy Kingdom come. Thy Will be done, on earth, as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. AMEN. 

Let Us Pray

O Miraculous Infant Jesus, prostrate before Thy sacred image, we beseech Thee to look mercifully upon our troubled hearts.  Let Thy tender Heart, so inclined to pity, be softened at our prayers, and grant us that grace for which we ardently implore Thee. Take from us all affliction and despair, all trials and misfortunes with which we are laden.  For Thy sacred Infancy's sake, hear our prayers and send us consolation and aid, that we may praise Thee, with the Father and the Holy Spirit, forever and ever. AMEN.
