Take the 2nd Mustard Seed Challenge!

“For, amen I say to you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you shall say to this mountain, Remove from hence hither, and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible to you” (Matthew 17:19).

Ladies: Take the challenge to express beauty in a way that is a reflection of God!

As an example, do you reinforce your dignity as a woman by dressing in a way that highlights your feminine nature without calling attention to your sexuality? Pledge to choose the feminine look over the more masculine one for 30 days in order to express your value and worth before God.

Men: Take the challenge to be a gentleman!

As an example, do you compliment women in a way that emphasizes the higher parts of the human being…in a way that highlights who they are instead of what they look like? Pledge to find something you can praise in others that focuses on their value and worth before God for 30 days.

These challenges are countercultural. Remember—your deeds do not have to be large to be great! Mother Teresa often said we can “do small things with great love.” And this practice will become a habit in your daily life.

As Our Lord taught us in His parable, you can do great things with your tiny “mustard seed.”
